Josh Perry founded JP Trucking & Excavating LLC in 2004 with a single truck working out of his parents’ house. Trucking was primarily the purpose of starting the business which quickly grew with the company purchasing their first piece of excavating equipment shortly thereafter. In 2007 our first employee came on board.  The company now employs 13 individuals including a full-time mechanic.  We specialize in trucking and excavation, such as building lots, ponds, road reconstruction, culvert replacement, driveway repair / reconstruction, small building demo, septic and water line repairs.

We also have a fully operational gravel pit with screened, natural and crushed material.

In 2022 the company purchased Hodgkins and Sons, Inc. which provides JP Trucking with expanded office and shop area along with more earth material storage and work place area.
